Hello! Be prepared to be shocked and horrified a book unhaul is upon us. Mental illness for me personally seems to be touch and go. Example: I had 900+ books. Everytime something “negative” would happen I would automatically by books to make myself feel better. Now I’m on the opposite end where seeing a full bookshelf gives me anxiety.
With all that’s going on right now a lot of people are forced to work from home. How do you keep motivated when it feels like you’ve lost all your control?
Right now is the perfect time to work on yourself and do some self discovery. What are your hopes and dreams? Where do you see yourself in 5, 10 or 20 years? What would you like to spend your time doing?
