Hello! Be prepared to be shocked and horrified a book unhaul is upon us. Mental illness for me personally seems to be touch and go. Example: I had 900+ books. Everytime something “negative” would happen I would automatically by books to make myself feel better. Now I’m on the opposite end where seeing a full bookshelf gives me anxiety.
Being honest it’s a very scary and stressful time for a lot of people. Especially those having to be in self quarantine. It can become very difficult to find the positives when you are lonely.
What do you do on a bad mental health day? Those days when even just getting out of bed feels like the world’s biggest task.
